Keep up with what's going on at Mayapple Village.
The 2023 MVHOA Annual Meeting was held on October 10, 2023 (Go to Annual Meetings website page). The Board of Directors directory was updated on November 22, 2023 (Go to the Directors website page). The 2024 General Fund Budget was approved on December 7, 2023 (Go to MVHOA General Fund Financial Documents website page).
As a reminder, this community is a planned community (PRD). It operates under the Mayapple Village Homeowners Association Covenants, Restrictions, Bylaws, Rules, and Regulations that can be located on the Mayapple Village website, www.mayapplevillage.com. The purpose of the homeowners association is to ensure that all property values are preserved within the community. Residents (homeowners, family, and renters) are required to follow them. The governing documents also apply to relatives and guests.
Whenever an owner proposes to build, reconstruct, add to, or alter the exterior of his/her house, the project is subject to the restrictions of the community. An Architectural Control Committee application and any appropriate plan are to be submitted to Dick McCoy, Chair of the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). His contact information is on the Directors website page. The ACC application must be approved by the ACC before construction begins. Fences are allowed only on Derbyshire Drive properties. When a homeowner has an issue regarding the community, please contact your street/condominium representative for resolution before contacting the MVHOA President (Go to the Directors website page).
Homeowners Association assessment bills for Derbyshire Drive, Liberty Court, and Kitszell Drive will be sent out around the end of February 2024. Payment is due on or before April 1, 2024. Meadowridge Condominiums (Wiltshire) invoices were sent out around December 1, 2023 and can be paid in full or monthly.
